Unsere stilvolle Einliegerwohnung wurde in 2023 komplett neu-saniert und befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus in Aalen-Wasseralfingen. Das moderne 54qm große Apartment verfügt über einen Wohn-Essbereich mit integrierter Küche, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer sowie separatem Eingang und Terrasse. Die Lage am Braunenberg lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Das Freibad befindet sich in nächster Nähe und in nur 15 min Fußweg kann man den Tiefen Stollen (Besucherbergwerk und Heilstollen) erreichen.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

The Stollen flat is located 3 km outside of Aalen Wasseralfingen in the beautiful district of Röthardt (230 inhabitants). We rent a flat for up to 2 adults or a family of 3 with a baby. The flat has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV). Directly above the visitor mine "Tiefer Stollen" the holiday apartment with 44 sqm living space, a 10 sqm beautiful terrace, separate entrance and full equipment awaits you. Our house was completed in 2020.

Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. Open living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.
