Wir wohnen am Ortsrand in einem Vorort von Aalen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer lädt nach einem ereignisreichen Tag zum entspannen ein. In 5 Minuten ist man im Wald. upgrad 18.8.25 Die Umgehungsstraße ist 1 Kilometer luftlinie entfernt und je nach Wetterlage und Wind hört man diese mal mehr und mal gar nicht. Da ist jeder anders.

Die Gemeinde Abtsgmünd ist seit 2010 ein staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort, die klimatischen und lufthygienischen Anforderungen erfüllt. Viele Wander.-Fahrradtouren in Umgebung. Unsere Einliegerwohnung wurde 1/25 renoviert. Abtsgmünd liegt an der Bundesstraße 19 im Kochertal zwischen Aalen und Schwäbisch Hall. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe , Stellplätze vorm und neben dem Haus.

Von dieser zentralen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in ein paar Minuten an allen wichtigen Orten - ob im Stadtzentrum, Joblinie, dem nahegelegenen Stadtwald oder dem Limesmuseum. Die Echtholzdielen laden mit ihrem Altbaucharme ein. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, in einem ruhigen Viertel nahe der Hochschule. Ein Supermarkt 🛒 und Bäcker 🥨 finden sich direkt die Straße runter. Die Joblinie 🚎, welche euch zu Zeiss bringen kann ist auch schnell erreicht. Zu Fuß braucht man 15 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.
