Luxury and sweetness of life

Beautiful, quiet detached house, perfect for spending a few days together. The house is large, the area is quiet, close to the shopping center and the highway, 5 minutes by car from Haguenau and 20-25 minutes from Strasbourg. The house consists of two levels and a basement, with 4 large single bedrooms in which two people can sleep and a sofa bed can accommodate another 2 people. The house can accommodate 10 people in different spaces. For our animal friends, the property is completely fenced.

On the ground floor, daily life takes place with country house kitchen, office/WiFi, dining room and the 56-square-meter living room overlooking the garden. You will have sole occupancy in the former landgrave's hunters' house in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can wash and store your bikes in the outbuilding.

Upstairs: an enclosed bedroom (30m2) and a bright loft space (50m2) offers two tastefully appointed sleeping areas separated by a hanging.
