Citycenter (5km) can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. Within walking distance of the hall stadium and 20 minutes by public transport from the airport. The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but can use the garden/fireplace. The bathroom and kitchen must be shared with 2 other people

This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
