Welkom in ons volledig zelfstandige gastenverblijf aan huis. Gelegen in Heerhugowaard op steenworp afstand van het treinstation en loopafstand van het winkelcentrum. Hier geniet je van privacy, comfort en een prachtig aangelegde tuin met twee vijvers waarin kleurrijke koi-karpers en diverse soorten schildpadden samen zwemmen. Binnen is het knus en sfeervol ingericht dankzij de haard en vele decoraties. Buiten kun je heerlijk ontspannen onder de veranda of op het zonneterras in de avondzon.

The apartment is one large space of 140m2. Upon arrival, you will come up the spiral staircase and immediately approach the lovely 100m2 private roof terrace with built-in Jacuzzi. The house is furnished in a relaxed American style; think of Chesterfield sofas and a large projector with a good sound system. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with kitchenware and standard consumables. There is no separate bedroom, the 2 double beds are behind curtains. The bathroom has a spacious shower.

Op ongeveer 30 km afstand waant u zich hier even in het authentieke Nederland van vroeger, met werkende molens, ambachtelijke winkeltjes en houten huizen. Wees welkom op ons schapenlandje! Onze unieke Bed and Breakfast in Waarland Noord-Holland. Kom eitjes rapen bij onze kippen, stook een vuurtje op, vaar "een rondje Waarland". Of plof in een hang-ei met een boek en doe lekker helemaal niets. Alles kan, alles mag, jij bepaalt het tempo.

The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
