Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Gorgeous apartment in Zoutelande close to the beach

This quietly located accommodation near the beach, shops and terraces with garden is tastefully and carefully decorated and a wonderful stay for a few days or a nice vacation with two or the whole family. Nice sitting area with lounge sofa, spacious dining table and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, large bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, 2 spacious bedrooms. Terrace in private garden on south-east with BBQ, storage room with 2 bicycles, high chair and cot, in short, fully furnished.

Comfortable and cozy Zeeland vacation home

In the quiet Zeeland countryside in the hamlet of Poppendamme, near the capital Middelburg, you will find vacation home Poppendamme. The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

Newly built in 2021 vacation rental in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street can all be found within a walking distance of 5 minutes. Come enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with a fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, fridge, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Atmospheric studio for 2 pers. close to the beach

Would you like to go to Zoutelande with the two of you? Then this is an ideal place to stay. The studio was completed in 2021 and fully equipped. You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijke gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 6-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

Friendly holiday home Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Onder de duinen, en op slechts 300 meter van het strand ligt onze studio met alle luxe die u verwacht. Het gezellige centrum van Zoutelande ligt eveneens op loopafstand. Een prima locatie om te geniet van een heerlijke vakantie. De studio is geschikt voor 2-3 personen met een totale oppervlakte van 35 m2. De studio is kindvriendelijk en beschikt over een eigen terras.
