Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Due to its location, the apartment offers the perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the mountains, Munich or Salzburg or for a relaxing day on the huge balcony terrace with a breathtaking Alpine panorama from the Zuspitze to the Kampenwand!

This stylish loft is perfect for group trips and longer stays. It is ideally located between Munich and the airport. 2 bedrooms, spacious living room bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen. Free parking in front of the house. The bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet residential area. The large balcony invites you to linger and let your gaze wander. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant atmosphere even in the cold season.

Small space but with everything you need: three beds are located on two small galleries that can be reached with ladders. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and the living/dining area. Through a large window, you have a wonderful view of our orchard. We are private hosts and don't do hosting commercially. As it is part of our everyday family life, it can happen that not everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us and we will find a solution :-).

For a family or 2 couples: a cute, colourful, complete cottage with garden, right next to the subway with 2 bedrooms (one of which has a sofa bed) for 4 guests (you could also add a toddler if you have a travel cot). There is also a cosy attic room as a living room (which can also be converted into a 3rd bedroom), a work loft, and a large cooking and dining area of 26 m² and a covered terrace with dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

The apartment is located in Anzing on the A94. Munich can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The airport can be reached in 25 minutes. And the fair in 10 minutes. In a traffic-calmed zone (30 km/h) located in the center of the village, the apartment is on the first floor of a detached family house with a beautifully grown garden. It has a separate entrance, the main orientation is southwest. Parking is available.
