It inhabits a green and illuminated space, full of plants, books and Mexican folk art, in a building from 1920, awarded as an architectural restoration project. The loft has two floors, a double bed, a sofa bed bed, full bathroom bathroom and kitchen. It is located in Colonia Juarez on the edge with the colonies Condesa and Roma and at a pedestrian distance from the historic center of the city. A very safe and peaceful street. And about the acclaimed Rosseta bakery for an excellent breakfast! The apartment is a loft inside a 1920 building, awarded as an architectural restoration project. It has lots of natural light and ventilation and double height that amplifies the feeling of space. It has wide access corridors that allow you to pass through the renovated building and a laundry area. The sidewalk of the building is equipped as a public space with a landscaped area and benches. There is a 24-hour watchman in the building, which serves as a support in case of any need. The building is located at walking distance from the Historic Center, the forest of Chapultepec, Reforma and the well-known Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. In addition, it is close to stations of the main means of public transport. Three blocks from the insurgent subway station, two blocks from the metro bus and half a block from the Niza taxi stand. Area very well covered by uber. Parking is street parking, or two public parking lots are located on the block. There will be one person on the property available if needed

Brightly colored accent walls lead to high ceilings of exposed timber and steel. Very comfortable queen size bed. Tub. This apt, number 3, is right next door to the apt 4 Airbnb Plus, with two rooms: Pretty Pretty Pretty Apt with Balcony. Both apts share same architecture, interiors and style. Grab a public bike for a ride or just enjoy a nice walk among trees, parks, and squares. Many bookshops, coffee shops, theaters, galleries, restaurants, and bars are in the area. Safe and beautiful. Subway (three blocks away), buses, a parking lot a few meters away. And all around is walkable: La Roma, La Condesa, Reforma (the museums), downtown 30 minutes walk (or take a bus or subway for a 10 minutes transport).
