La casa e’ un antico convento del 1600 divenuto proprietà nobiliare nel 1720 circa. Completamente ristrutturato in un parco di 10.000 mq di querce secolari, tigli, ippocastani e tante varietà di piante di frutti antichi all’insegna della biodiversità. Posizione ottimale in campagna ma non isolata, a pochi km dalle zone di interesse turistico, a 10 Km dalla città di Modena e a 10 km dalla uscita dell’autostrada Modena sud. A 1,5 km si trova Il parco archeologico della Terramara.

La camera da letto è nuova ed ha il bagno privato ad uso esclusivo, con ingresso dall'interno della camera. La stanza dispone di aria condizionata e termosifoni. L'ingresso della camera è indipendente e con porta blindata. La zona colazione è in comune con una sola altra camera. L'appartamento è in centro, ma non è in ZTL ed è a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le principali zone: stazione dei treni, Università, Bologna Fiera, Piazza Maggiore, le Due Torri, Piazza del Nettuno.
