Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

Das Wohnzimmer hat ca. 25qm und bietet genug Raum zum relaxen oder auch für einen Spieleabend. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ist erst vor kurzem so wie die Ganze Wohnung Kernsaniert worden.

Our apartments in the approximately 500-year-old half-timbered house were completed in July 2024 and is located in the beautiful old town of Zirndorf. In the old hoof and wagon forge, on the ground floor is our delicatessen "Enjoy Pure" with wine stank.
