Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Enjoy your stay in this centrally located accommodation with a fantastic view of the Innsbrucker Nordkette. The apartment is located in the village center of Völs, just 2 minutes from a grocery store and the bus stop to the center of Innsbruck. There is a hiking trail behind the house. The Cyta shopping center is also within walking distance, fantastic ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. (free ski bus) A garage parking space is included in the price. Tax € 4,—day/person!

There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
