There is a kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, big bed, a couch with sleeping function and a lot storage space. The balcony with the few on the mountain "Hohe Munde" completes the apartment. In the complex is an indoor pool, sauna, relaxing space and a storage room for the skis/bikes. The big meadow with playground and plenty of parking spaces is also worth mentioning.

My place is right on the shore of Lake Walchensee with lots of sports for anglers, hikers, skiers - the Herzogstandbahn can be reached on foot. In addition to many possibilities, Herzogstand (the cable car is within walking distance - you have a breathtaking view), the monastery Benediktbeuern - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the famous Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Palace are interesting excursion destinations.
