New apartment near Legoland/nature

Pure relaxation in the new 3-room apartment (plus kitchen and bathroom) close to Legoland and all around you will find the nature park (Western Forests). We also have many quarry lakes here that invite you to relax. Also a wakeboard facility (Turncable) is very close. The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via a few stairs. One of the two balconies has sun until the evening, the other balcony invites you to the first coffee in the sun in the morning.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Staudentraum vacation home

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Nimm die ganze Familie mit in diese tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz für Spaß und Unterhaltung. Auf Wunsch stylen wir die Bettüberzüge auch mal etwas lustiger (siehe Fotos). Feuerwehrmann, Prinzessin, Dinos etc. haben wir auf Wunsch Eurer Kinder natürlich auch. Bitte vorher Bescheid geben :-) Und im Oktober gruselt es auch in der Wohnung. Wir bemühen uns, es so spooky wie möglich aussehen zu lassen. Soll ja keiner sagen es war langweilig bei uns ;-)

The first rays of the sun gently wake you up, the alpacas are grazing around you. The waterproof and windproof tent protects you from all weather conditions. In the comfortable double bed you wake up completely relaxed, the chest offers enough space for all your things. A small gas stove is available for coffee in the morning. The fully equipped bathroom is just a few meters away, of course you can also use our outdoor shower.

This unique apartment impresses with its modern style of furnishing. It can accommodate up to 8 people and has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a nice dining area and a sofa that can be converted into a 180 x 200 cm bed.
