Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

In a prime location in the centre of Zermatt and right next to the Sunnegga cable car is this sun-drenched penthouse with a breathtaking view of the village and the Matterhorn. The penthouse has every comfort and has been finished with great attention to detail. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. One bedroom only has a skylight, the bed is accessible via a small ladder and is located directly under the roof. Suitable for children and young people.

From the bedroom and the living room, you have an unrestricted view of the Matterhorn. Equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, this gem offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. On the balcony, there is garden furniture which also invites you to relax and enjoy the stunning view and beautiful nature of the mountains.

Ski apartment at the foot of the Matterhorn

This apartment is great for skiers🎿hikers🥾and🚴:in 1 min you are at the ski facilities and in the evening you take the skis to the door. Hikers and bikers also do not come too short - countless great routes and trails await you at our doorstep. You cook in a modern kitchen, relax in a cozy living area and sleep rustically under the sloping roof. A sunny balcony invites you to linger. At night you can see stars and Milky Way from the balcony.

Dieses geräumige Apartment mit Balkon mit Bergblick verfügt über eine Küche, einen Sitzbereich mit Flachbild-TV und Kamin, einem Esstisch, 2 separate Doppel-Schlafzimmer mit schalldichten Fenstern und 2 Bäder mit einer Badewanne und einer Dusche. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie einen Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Küchenutensilien. Die Einheit hat 2 Doppelbetten.

The flat is located in the heart of the village, 50 meters from the Banhofstrasse and 300 meters from main and Gornergrad train station of Zermatt. The flat has been recently completely renovated; you will love the romantic atmosphere, the typical alpine alpin wood design and many comforts. The flat has a lovely terrace with view on the Matterhorn where you can enjoy the sunset.

Ich freue mich euch mein neues gemütliches Apartment mit toller Aussicht und bester Lage anbieten zu können. Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und zum Skifahren da Zermatt, Saas-Fee und Grächen schnell zu erreichen sind. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Ich freue mich auf euer Kommen 🙂
