Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Unsere Stammgäste kommen so schon seit Jahren in allen möglichen Konstellationen zu uns - vor allem im Frühling und Sommer, wo der Garten samt zahlreicher Sitzmöglichkeiten weitere Möglichkeiten eröffnet. Davon in 1 Wohnung auch Hundemitnahme erlaubt.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Wasser und harmoniert perfekt mit der malerischen Umgebung. Genießt den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Boddenlandschaft von einer der Terrassen, springt vom eigenen Steg ins Wasser, stecht mit dem Tretboot in See oder entspannt am Kamin oder an einer der Feuerstellen. Herzlich Willkommen im Paradies!

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The villa Traumschlößchen 100 m vom Strand is located in Ostseebad Heringsdorf and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation. A parking space is available on the property.

In our beach house villa built in 1903, this apartment with conservatory is on the ground floor. The completely accessible holiday apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons in 1 large bedroom 1 small bedroom 1 kitchen-living room with sofa bed 1 conservatory as a dining area :-)! The beach, 120m away, measures 5 km.

Duplex apartment designed for up to 5 people. Parking space is included in the price. The apartment is located right on the Promenade, close to the beach entrance. This is our guests' favorite location.
