The old and cozy character of the house has been preserved and so this property impresses with its timberwork, the bricks that have largely been preserved and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).

There are also well-developed cycling and hiking trails for recreational activities. Of course, Koserow also has a beautiful sandy beach. From our vacation home, this can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

Our cottage is located in the Birkenhain holiday settlement on the edge of the seaside resort of Trassenheide in a quiet and protected location. Surrounded by a birch grove, on about 500 square meters of separate , invisible property surrounded by a hedge, lies our idyllic Sweden wooden house.
