Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. At home during the holidays. You can feel this in the "Eggergütl," which belongs to the mountaineering village of Ramsau. The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space.
