We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

We offer accommodation in the apartment U Kola na Brčálníku in the cadastre of the village Hojsova Stráž. It is a fully equipped 2+kk apartment with a separate entrance of 56m2 with a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed with a quality mattress for year-round sleeping, a balcony overlooking the ridge of Královský Hvozd and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment also has a crib and a washing machine with a dryer. You can store your bikes, strollers or skis in the cellar. The apartment has one parking space.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

A stay full of peace, relaxation or action in the middle of nature in the Bavarian Forest awaits you here! The apartment is located at the foot of the Großer Arber, in middle of the skiing, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by numerous hiking trails, trails, ski and cross-country ski slopes. Welcome to the Werkhalle. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to arrive and feel good, with space for 2-6 people. It is the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with its breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the Flederwisch, Wildgarten and Felsengänge are in the immediate vicinity.
