The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with seating, an open sleeping area with TV connection, a shower room, as well as a living room in the conservatory. Entering is possible through a separate entrance. The quiet secluded location in the village of Dörflis in the romantic half-timbered town of Königsberg (10km) invites you to relax. The cities of Schweinfurt (40km), Würzburg (70km) and the World Heritage City of Bamberg (30km) are easily accessible and ideal as an excursion destination. In the neighboring village there is a farm inn where very good food can be eaten. Parking is possible directly in the yard.

We have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former holiday settlement and offers a lot of privacy.

Quiet and feel-good place in the forest paradise of Straßenhof

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The fully furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor with a south-facing orientation & has a magnificent view of the Wallburg Eltmann. The sun rises in the bedroom and sets on the balcony side, which promises light-flooded rooms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room & a bathroom.

Live in a large apartment (about 100 square meters; entire 1st floor) in a carefully restored and renovated listed house from 1580 overlooking the city wall of Zeil, close to the market square. Stylishly decorated with antiques, with old doors and fittings from the period. Modern fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Bedroom with a 1.80 m wide box spring bed with mattresses and continuous topper and extra dressing room.

Our fully furnished apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a cozy double bed and a large sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and oven. In the living area you will find a TV, a selection of games and a Nintendo Switch. Outdoor seating is available. Pets are welcome – your four-legged friend is welcome here.

This is the perfect halfway point for many traveling across Europe to stop and have a peaceful break. NO CLEANING FEES :) We provide garage parking direct at the apartment. Relax and enjoy your time here ! Located on a very safe and quiet street with no thru traffic. There are bike roads and hiking throughout the Steigerwald. We are 20 min. from Bamberg 20 min from Hassfurt This is a strict NO SMOKING home.
