The home features 3 bedrooms. The living room is equipped with TV wall, and spacious dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins the back garden with a hardwood deck.

Our lovely semi-detached house is in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes walk from the beach, the circuit and cozy city center. The house is 135 m2 and has an open kitchen with a cooking island where you can have a drink. Open the full sliding door to the garden and bring the outside in. The bathroom has a rain shower and whirlpool bath. To top it all off, you can go to the sauna in the garden. You can park in the driveway and put bicycles in the garage.
