Detached waterfront property located in a child-friendly residential area with its own driveway. The beach of Wijk aan zee/Castricum , dune, forest, 10-15km. Great place for a family vacation. There is one master bedroom with a shower. There are 3 kids bedrooms. Also additional a camping bed available. Additional there a 4th bedroom with sleepcouch on the first floor. A bright and cosy guesthouse in a quiet, green setting. Village and shops within walking distance (800 m) and beach within driving distance. The perfect place to unwind and explore the area. PLEASE NOTE. The bedroom is in the attic and the ceiling is 1.80 m at its highest point. So there's not much room to move around in the room. There's a wardrobe downstairs. The kitchenette has a combi oven, a fridge and a hob. Airfryer available on request. Bus stop 400 m away, train station 1.3 km away.

By train it takes 25 minutes to Amsterdam.

In fact we have another children’s room with two smaller beds available, so the house is also suitable for families. We live in a dead end street, so there is no traffic and it is very quiet. Amsterdam and the Zaanse Schans are easily to reach. The city center of Zaandam is great with shops, café's and restaurants.

In the room has all the amenities. The guest entrance is in our back yard with its own front door, so that you are free. This room is a mix of antique and modern style, comfortable and luxury furnished and fully equipped. There is a luxurious double bed and folding bed with high-quality mattresses. The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome
