It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). That being said, please read further to learn why there are so many photos of rattlesnakes in my listing. All good things come with inherent challenges...
