Woning ligt op 10 minuten fietsen/25 minuten lopen van het centrum van Nijmegen. Prachtige ligging aan de Waal. Rustige buurt met veel groen. Woning is van alle gemakken voorzien: slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, slaap- en werkkamer met eenpersoonsbed, kastenkamer (incl. een matras), ruime zolder met wasmachine en sportgelegenheid, badkamer met douche en bad, ruime keuken en woonkamer en twee terrassen. Verder een eigen parkeerplaats. Openbare laadpaal tegenover het huis.

Cozy cottage, if you are looking for peace and space, then you are in the right place! The detached cottage has a terrace with a large garden with a trampoline and a covered seating area. A few minutes' walk away is a lake where you can walk, fish and swim. Bikes can also come along! There are plenty of bicycle routes and hiking trails nearby. Zoo and war museum 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen and Venlo are nice cities for shopping, or visit the old fortified town of Grave.

You can enjoy a wonderful day trip to The Hague by the sea or a romantic boat trip in Amsterdam or even a leisurely bike ride through Arnhem. There is a brand new built swimming pool, as well as a bar, a restaurant "Old Sailor" and a grocery store. The chalet is located in the holiday park Rhederlaagsemeren. Bright apartment between Auesee and forest, 4-5 beds, 3 rooms

The apartment is in the center of Flüren, 100 m from the market square and 200 m from the dike and the Auesee. From here you can explore the Diersfordter Wald, the Auesee and much more on foot or by bike (5-10 min.). The beach is free and can be reached in 2.5 km by bike. There is also the new mini golf course, the marina and the airport (round trips). The Ruhr area, for example the Centro in Oberhausen is only 30 minutes away by car.

Charming holiday home in Holland

We fell in love with the Gelderland because it is beautiful there and the landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling. In our beautiful garden you can relax beautifully, overlooking the pond with fountain. We really like long walks along the IJssel.... For shopping in Arnhem and Nijmewegen it is not far... we also like to try the numerous restaurants nearby..... it is also close to the nearest (very good) ice cream parlor on foot.

Endless enjoyment - near the water!

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

Our chalet in the theme park Rhederlaagse Meren in Lathum (Gelderland), with its own marina, offers everything for a relaxing stay. It is modern and bright, overlooking the IJssel and passing ships. The chalet has a size of70m ², on a 300m² property with private parking. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It is modernly decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, TV. The chalet can be used all year round.
