Welcome! Spacious apartment for 2 people in the new development area in the immediate vicinity of the Xanten water ski facility/ high ropes course and beach. (approx. 200 m) The apartment is on the 1st floor and is not barrier-free. Tourist tax included Smoking is not permitted. Fresh rolls are available in the morning right next door at the bakery cart. Restaurant and snack bar at Wardt harbor within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment is possible on request.

Unser Tiny House liegt direkt an der Xantener Nordsee, angrenzend zum Naturschutzgebiet. Vom Grundstück seid ihr sofort am See bzw. an der anderen Seite direkt am Rhein. Ihr teilt euch die großen Wiesen mit einigen Bienenvölkern, Eichhörnchen, Igeln, Kanninchen und unserer Eule. Im Sommer könnt ihr Pflaumen, Äpfel u. Birnen direkt von den Bäumen pflücken, Kräuter aus den Beeten probieren u. im Herbst könnt ihr Walnüsse verzehren. Wir stellen euch einen Grill u. eine Feuertonne zur Verfügung.

Für die Kleinen gibt es fussläufig einen Spielplatz. In Xanten erwarten sie viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. An der Nord und Südsee können sie Wassersport betreiben oder einfach am Plaza verweilen bei kühlen Getränken und gutem Essen. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Due to the central location of the property in downtown Xanten, you can easily walk to all popular sights, restaurants and shops. The famous Archaeological Park and the beautiful Xanten harbor are a 15-minute walk away. Entertainment is provided by Netflix, Amazon Prime and Wi-Fi.

In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Booking from 2 nights, min. 2 people. Arrival from 3 pm, departure by 11 am. Bookings for festivals such as Parokaville must be specified in the booking request. An apartment on the second floor with 75 square meters of living space, conservatory and large balcony in an absolutely quiet yet central residential location awaits you. Pets are not allowed in bed and also not allowed to take a seat in the apartment.
