Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Unser Tiny House liegt direkt an der Xantener Nordsee, angrenzend zum Naturschutzgebiet. Vom Grundstück seid ihr sofort am See bzw. an der anderen Seite direkt am Rhein. Ihr teilt euch die großen Wiesen mit einigen Bienenvölkern, Eichhörnchen, Igeln, Kanninchen und unserer Eule. Im Sommer könnt ihr Pflaumen, Äpfel u. Birnen direkt von den Bäumen pflücken, Kräuter aus den Beeten probieren u. im Herbst könnt ihr Walnüsse verzehren. Wir stellen euch einen Grill u. eine Feuertonne zur Verfügung.

Für die Kleinen gibt es fussläufig einen Spielplatz. In Xanten erwarten sie viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. An der Nord und Südsee können sie Wassersport betreiben oder einfach am Plaza verweilen bei kühlen Getränken und gutem Essen. Xanten liegt sehr Central für Besuche in die Niederlande oder ins Ruhrgebiet und bietet deshalb Abwechslung u.Ruhe

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The decor is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.
