Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Apartment in the very center of Wolgast

There is a studio apartment(35 square meters) with a fold-out sofa for two people(120 cm). Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine (costs extra). Towels and bed linen are available. The check-in time can always be arranged in person, please let me know in advance. The apartment is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

The apartments in a quiet location are available all year round. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom/toilet or shower/toilet, heating, TV and Wi-Fi. My place is close to University Campus Beitz-Platz and the University Hospital. In addition to a living room in the attic, there is also a cozy loft for sleeping. The apartment has no kitchen.

In the basement of our detached house, we offer you a fully furnished 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. You can access the apartment via a small staircase and a separate entrance.
