"steinbhude_am_meer" The modern tiny house is located on the Steinhuder Meer, not far from the bathing island (about 3 minutes' walk) and directly on the circular hiking trail. It has a beautifully landscaped garden, which invites you to relax, play, barbecue and much more on over 300 square meters and is available for exclusive use. The promenade is a 10-minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants directly on the sea. Boat and bicycle rentals can also be found there

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away. On the property there is a free parking space for our guests.

Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place.
