An enchanting oasis of calm near the small fishing village of Steinhude and only 40 minutes away from Hanover. Spend a few relaxing days here and enjoy the excursion-rich recreational area. The apartment is only 250 meters from Lake Steinhude and is located directly on the Lake Steinhude circular path.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.

The apartment is about 50 meters from the sea, with balcony, side sea view. The main entrance to the house is on the west side.
