You rent a small but charming detached house with balcony, terrace and small garden, only 8 minutes walk from the lido Faak/See. To the north, from the terrace, you have a clear view of the Gerlitze skiing area, to the south, from the balcony, you can see "our local mountain" Mittagskogel. Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.

Accessible home for everyone, including disabled and seniors. Right on the lake. Beach and amenities can be used by all our guests. No washing machine in the bungalow but for a fee and advance registration possible. 1 dog possible ON REQUEST. Only in bungalow 3. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels. Due to multiple destruction, we are forced to ask for a deposit of €250 upon arrival.

The family room is suited for five guests, as it offers two single beds that are put together, one bunk bed for two and an extra bed. The room has it's own private bathroom, which features a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, toilet paper and towels. Guests have access to the shared kitchen which is fully equipped and it also has a washing machine. Guests can also use the shared terrace.
