Beautiful cottage with garden in Pörtschach!

At the beginning of 2021, we renovated the semi-detached house and furnished it in a modern way and are looking forward to our first guests. In the garden there is a climbing frame, table tennis table and a barbecue. The covered terrace with large table invites you to eat together. A fully equipped kitchen, large living-dining area and small bathroom are located on the ground floor and three double bedrooms, a children's room with bunk bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the 1st floor.

In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
