In the very pleasant Gribaumont district, between the Montgomery and Josephine-Charlotte metro stations, you will be 5 minutes from the European district and less than 10 minutes from the city center. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is on the 1st floor. With a very spacious living room (with 2 sofa bed), a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. At the duplex, you have one bedroom. You will have your terrace with access to your private garden which are facing south.

Shower room and separate toilet. It's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. 😌5 minutes from shops, restaurants and public transport. Downtown is 35-40 minutes away by transit.
