Or find peace on the water with our canoes, recommended! Our atmospheric cottage is located in the back of the garden, and is built from the old building materials from the old auction of Avenhorn. Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

The Bed & Wellness with sauna and soft tub is located in an old gardening village near Alkmaar, Bergen and Egmond. Close to the sea, beach, shops and restaurants. You will be staying in a self-contained guest house with a freestanding bath on the 1st floor. In the garden, you have complete privacy and can relax. Breakfast can be booked as an option at 15 euros p.p. The indoor sauna can be booked for 30 euros for 2 hours. Bicycles are available for rent. A tapas board is possible. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

A pond with new ideas, beautiful experiences, encounters and relaxation that has not been felt for a long time. In this cottage, your faithful four-legged friend is allowed to come along! The fireplace, a nice terrace deck with luxurious outdoor furniture, a record player with surprising LPs, a well-filled game box. Enjoy!
