Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Cozy 2-room self-contained apartment (40 sqm), first floor, in a quiet residential area. Downtown Stralsund is only 8 km away. Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss are suitable for day trips. A travel crib is available for a toddler up to about 3 years of age. An older child can sleep in the living room (sofa bed). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. A key box is available for flexible check-in. I am also happy to welcome my guests in person.

Our vacation home is close to Greifswald. It is a 220 m² vacation home, right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches are reachable in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

Gut Bisdorf – Take vacation, become manor savior

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Fantastic apartment at Wittenberghof

Relax in this special and quiet space. In a secluded location next to our farm, you will find a very cozy apartment here, in which a large family with grandma and grandpa also feel comfortable. Likewise, two families with children have space to let off steam in the adjacent playground. Our pets, the dwarf dachshund Paule, the dog Jule as well as a few chickens will surely meet you on the farm. In just 20 minutes you are in Stralsund, Greifswald or on Rügen

This holiday house, completed in September 2025, is in a quiet location in Stralsund/Devin, not far from the Strelasund. A small swimming beach as well as the spa park with spa house(restaurant) are within walking distance. A bus stop in the immediate vicinity allows convenient excursions to the old town of Stralsund. Southeast of Devin is the nature reserve "Peninsula Devin" and the Devin recreational area was newly created with about 17 km of hiking trails.

It is 32 km to Fischland-Zingst-Darß, with its long white sandy beaches. Vacationers enjoy the 145 m² ground-level living space and the large garden to themselves.

Here, you will find the perfect combination of tranquility, nature, and excellent access to the surrounding area. Despite the tranquil location, you can reach the A20 highway in just 3 minutes – ideal for excursions and flexible mobility. The Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund can each be easily reached in about 35 minutes.

Winter special: Ice bathing in the swimming pond with a water temperature of 2 degrees 🥶. The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.
