Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Here, you will find the perfect combination of tranquility, nature, and excellent access to the surrounding area. Despite the tranquil location, you can reach the A20 highway in just 3 minutes – ideal for excursions and flexible mobility. The Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund can each be easily reached in about 35 minutes.

Kirchstraße Zarrendorf vacation home

For rent is a vacation apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city center is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you are on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (to the train station on foot approx. 5 minutes). The nearest grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. An opportunity for an extra bed is provided.

Winter special: Ice bathing in the swimming pond with a water temperature of 2 degrees 🥶. The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.
