The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

A beautiful, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large luxury terraced cottage in the prime location in the heart of Winterton. Furnished & equipped to a very high standard, sleeps 1-8 very comfortably. Only a 2 min walk to the beautiful dunes & only a 5 min walk to our fabulous, ALL dog friendly - beach, pub, tea room, beach café, fish & chip shop and corner shop. An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

Marsh Cottage is a rustic and secluded little house overlooking the RSPB marshes bordering the River Yare and is in the perfect location for those wanting to relax and unwind whatever the season. Ideal for families & couples, with lots of things to keep you entertained. There is a pub, cafe, shop, fish and chips shop and the beach are all just minutes away. Pets & smoking are not allowed for a more pleasant environment. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Steep, wooden turning stairs.
