In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. The apartment is in the attic. In the bathroom there is a slope, which could be a bit of a hindrance for tall people. Showering is only comfortable when sitting in the bathtub, due to the sloping roof.
