This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Cozy apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Idyllic spot near Ammersee – quiet, spacious, south-facing balcony

Relax in this special, quiet place: 90 m² for 2 to max. 6 people (surcharge). You can visit many bathing places on Lake Ammersee by car or bike or start fantastic walks across the fields, in the forest or to the river far away from the hustle and bustle on the doorstep. A day trip to the Alps or Munich (S-Bahn 7 km away) are great options. An extensive cycling network invites you to explore the region. Relax on the south balcony or work there in peace.

This special place has its own style. The view over Lake Ammersee and the entire mountain range can be enjoyed via the terrace and the conservatory at any time of the year. The open gallery and the high ceiling in the living room convey a spacious overall impression. The apartment has two modern bathrooms. One of them has a freestanding bathtub, double washbasin and wellness shower belonging to the master bedroom with dressing room.

Sunshine Living

The beautiful apartment offers about 45 m² of living space with a living room with TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining table, bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom has a box spring bed (180 × 200 cm). Towels, sheets and a separate entrance are included. Parking is possible on the opposite side of the street. The Türkenfeld S-Bahn is about 5 km away, Munich can be reached by car in 25–30 minutes.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. We offer a bright, spacious apartment with balcony on the first floor, located in a quiet residential area. Ammersee about 3 km, Munich about 40 km away. The Alps (Oberammergau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen...) are easily accessible for a day trip, as are Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle. There is a dog living in the house that you may encounter.

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. Shopping is within walking distance. The adventure pool "Titania" with its large sauna area is minutes away, as is the center of Augsburg. LEGOLAND can also be easily reached in 25 minutes.
