World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small 350 sq ft STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a wine/deli/market on site. Drive down a long private road, set off of the HWY, to find a riverfront cabin amidst the lush Willamette National Forest. As you wind through the driveway you will find a sanctuary for relaxation, recreation, and comfort. A trail from the back deck will lead you down to the bank of the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.

The stairs to the loft lead to a room where there is a comfortable queen-size bed and television. The downstairs area has a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living area with lots of windows to enjoy the view. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

McKenzie Riverfront Cabin, Modern, near hotsprings

Escape to "The McKenzie Zen Den", a luxury waterfront river cabin. One of the few rare properties built on the banks of the McKenzie River, so close you can fish from the deck! Downstairs is a riverside bedroom, full modern kitchen, and a full bath with a large custom walkin shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, desk nook, and a half-bath.

Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

Scenic cabin with a creek view

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
