Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place.
