The Alley House, located in Leavenworth, is a blissfully peaceful guest house detached from the main residence. This quiet retreat is surrounded by trees and just steps away from the Wenatchee river. A convenient 2 block walk to the heart of town makes this location ideal for parking, access to festivals, river play, trail walks, and the downtown shops. This is an ideal four season getaway for your outdoor adventures, weekend events, or as a relaxing retreat.
“Lisa and Mike's place was PERFECT for our trip to Leavenworth! It was close to all of the things we wanted to experience - mountain biking, walking to the city center, hopping on the neighboring city park trail for a fun hike! It was great to be in such a beautiful home that was also within walking distance of all the fun amenities Leavenworth has to offer. We especially enjoyed the garden where we ate all of our meals, while enjoying fresh mountain air. What a fun trip!!!”
"The Shedd" used to be a shed before our architect got a hold of it and turned it into a retreat for writing, reading, and napping. The 800 sq. ft. guesthouse has a bedroom, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, small kitchen, dining nook, sitting area, desk, wifi, and A/C. Even though it's just a 7-minute walk to the village, our place backs up to the wilderness, with great views of Tumwater Mountain and Icicle Ridge. Best of all, The Shedd has many windows, much fresh air, and lots of natural light.
“We stayed at Tom and Bettina’s s “Shed” and actually got eloped in the back yard. The landscape of the whole property is impeccable and they both were very welcoming. It has everything you need from the bedroom/bathroom and a cozy lounge area to watch tv. Best of all, is the amazing view you get of the mountains when in the bedroom or on the back deck. Couldn’t recommend their place more! Also so close to downtown Leavenworth!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great, super relaxing and just what i needed to catch up on some much needed rest. Really wish we wouldve had the energy to enjoy the hot tub in the evening. The coffee stand at the end of town has the perfect coffee and outstanding breakfast sandwiches.”
