You will be welcomed in a renovated, cozy and modern furnished condominium in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in a traffic-calmed zone. Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 square meters plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.
