This charming 1930's farmhouse sits in the locale of a "retired" 180+ acre dairy farm and is roughly 15-20 minutes away from Boone/Jefferson. If you enjoy mountain scenery, hiking trails, or any outdoor activities, Ashe County is the place to visit! NOTE: The farmhouse only has ONE BATHROOM and it is located INSIDE BEDROOM #1 (bathroom is not accessible via any other rooms besides bedroom #1).

Hike to the top of a waterfall, relax fishing the day away at the stocked pond or cozy up and enjoy the views…it’s up to you!

A fun mural waits for your selfies! Near Hiking, tubing, kayaking, and waterfalls. West Jefferson is within 15-20 minutes. Very private, cozy and quiet cottage in the pine trees yet only about a mile from the heart of town and its shops, restaurants, museum and free summer concerts. Stainless steel appliances and big screen tv with streaming services. Easy hop to Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking and biking, wineries, Boone. About a mile to downtown. Watch wildlife from the private rear deck or walk the 2.6 acres of grounds, part landscaped, part garden, and part natural. Adjacent to greenspace/parkland.

Cozy log cabin home centrally located in Western North Carolina about 40 minutes to Boone/Blowing Rock and 1.5 hours to Asheville and Charlotte. Amazing views in this private and gated mountain community. Enjoy the fresh mountain air as you walk down to community waterfall or take a five minute drive to the public swimming beach on Kerr Lake. The Cozy Cottage with self entry

The Cozy Cottage is located in the country side just off 421 on Boone Trail, along the Lewis Fork Creek, in Wilkes County. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cottage is small, only a little over 600 square feet, but just right for one or two guest. The cozy cottage has been in our family for three generations. We live just out of sight, on up the drive. You can enjoy your privacy but if you need anything we are near by. We look forward to hosting you !
