AppartementNatuur is a luxurious, design, detached, wellness-oriented holiday home with wood-fired private sauna, 2 showers, fireplace, 12-metre swimming pool (nice and warm from mid-May to October if the weather allows it). Otherwise it is always fine as a plunge pool. Free Wi-Fi. Free wood for the sauna, music streaming and a Netflix subscription, 2 fridges with a freezer compartment. Nespresso cup machine. Hoeve Heem, is located in quiet rural Terblijt. The former horse stable has been converted into a comfortable 6-person vacation home. With a private garden, heating, wood-burning stove and two bathrooms. The area around the house is very suitable for people who love hiking. For example, our farm is located on a stage of the Pieterpad. There is also plenty of challenge by bicycle, in addition to a lot of natural beauty, for example, the city center of Maastricht and Valkenburg are accessible by bicycle.

This cozy 6-person vacation home (75 m2) is located in a monumental farmhouse with 12 other vacation homes, a restaurant, an attractive "cour-terrace" and a playground and picnic meadow. It has its own terrace with panoramic views over the valley. Quiet and child-friendly, but only 10 minutes from the famous Valkenburg, 15 minutes from the 3-country point in Vaals and 20 minutes from Aachen. Located in the middle of the nature reserve "Land van Kalk", there is also plenty to do and see for everyone.

In 2019, we completely renovated a part of our monumental farmhouse into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

At studio Tweij & Vitsig, you will stay in a part of a very characteristic mansion. You have a private entrance that can be reached via 3 stairs. Through the hall, you walk into the studio. The studio has high walls of 3.40 meters, which is characteristic of this property. In the summer, it stays nice and cool. The studio is finished with high-quality materials. From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.
