Spacious and comfortably furnished house with a beautifull, sunny garden. The house has a modern cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent wifi. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

Kleinhoef, a farmhouse from 1875, an ideal place to relax, in the middle of the countryside along the river Vecht. At the same time, it is a perfect starting point for excursions to Amsterdam and Utrecht, or cycling and hiking tours through the Dutch landscape. The two luxurious and charming guest rooms are spacious, and the large farm kitchen is ideal for cozy evenings at the large table. When the weather is nice, you have the choice of a morning terrace and an evening terrace.

Upstairs is the spacious bedroom with a large double bed, air conditioning and adjacent to it the bathroom.

Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.

Lovely 6-person home. With all the comforts, including rain shower, oven, dishwasher, etc. Outside the door is the beautiful river Vecht where you can swim in. Amsterdam is only a 30 minute drive. The house is at the front of a holiday park where the facilities can be used such as tennis court, children's pool and a lovely pizzeria. Note: The stairs to the 2nd floor are somewhat stylish. Less suitable for people with difficulties.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Nature nearby for walking, cycling, swimming. But also Amsterdam, Utrecht and Hilversum are close by. If you want to exercise, you can do that too! You can, if you want, use our cross fit box/fitness room. If you come with your family, games and crafts are available.
