The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

With the first rays of sun you will be awakened in the bedroom and can enjoy the sunset on the apartment's own terrace or from the living room. Due to the unobstructed location on the outskirts, you can relax wonderfully in nature and reach the town center with its gastronomy, train station, outdoor swimming pool and retail on foot. Modernly furnished with a cozy living area, well-equipped kitchen and quiet bedroom, it invites you to relax. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start right outside the door, allowing you to discover the beautiful nature of the Spessart. Ideal for anyone looking for comfort and adventure.

Relaxing spessart-out time

Our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil Spessart in the heart of Germany. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Special highlights are the two wood-burning stoves, which serve as the only heating system. If you want to keep it warm, you have to start a fire. Firewood is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker and dishes / pots.

The Hafenlohr is a small stream that winds through a beautiful valley in the Spessart and flows into the Main at the village of the same name, Hafenlohr. Here you will find relaxation surrounded by forests with hiking and biking trails in the beautiful Spessart or along the Main. Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Small studio surrounded by nature with about 35 m2. In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge etc, a bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle, a dining table and a small seating area. A great view from the window in the bedroom. A covered outdoor seat in the garden can also be used. 1.5 km away is Schöllkrippen with all shopping facilities.

Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation rental is located in the attic of my house in the grove in the Spessart. The house itself is built on the slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 stairs. In the house itself, there are then 15 steps up. Number of Guests is limited to 3 here. If more guests want to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible for more guests to come. A double air bed can still be placed.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
