Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . Sie liegt im Altort, in zentraler, ruhiger Lage und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für erholsamen Urlaub in Main-Weinfranken. Zur Wohnung gehört auch eine Lounge-Area. Neben 2 Schlafzimmern /3 Betten (1x Einbauschrank), geräumiger, komplett ausgestatteter Wohnküche, Bad und Flur, 2 Abstellräume (1x EG/1xDG) und externe Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
