Surrounded by cafes and restaurants the apartment is very well connected to other hip areas: in 5 to 10 minutes by tram you can reach the Schottentor station entering the 1st district or the 7th and 8th district with Burggasse and Neubeugasse (very much recommended young neighborhoods with nice shops and bars)

Therefore, there are still a lot of personal items in the apartment. You feel really comfortable here, almost at home, thanks to the warm and stylish furnishings. The apartment has two large terraces, one to the east (rising sun) and the other to the west (sun setting), which give a special light to the atmosphere.
