It has its own entrance over the large terrace and from there a beautiful wide view over the 13,600 sqm property. The house is divided into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that impresses with historic beams. On the ground floor is also the spacious shower/WC. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.

The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The AOK clinic Rügen "mother/father-child" spa facility is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is a cozy 23 square meters and has its own parking space. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
