A much loved traditional and contemporary recently refurbished listed townhouse. We have amazing sea views of Lyme Bay and the Jurrasic coastline from the garden. Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. Spa Cottage is a small, beautifully furnished 2 bedroom old Victorian terraced house in a cul-de-sac residential street, few minutes from the beach and about 10 minute walk from the centre of Weymouth/Harbour. The train station is 4 min away which offers car parking for a fee The house offers cosy relaxing seaside getaway with a complimentary use of our brand new Hydropool Serenity Hot Tub 2023 (not charged separately). Please note that the house is split over 2 floors.

Lovely Victorian terraced home located on a cul de sac within the ring road, in the heart of Salisbury. It is a 10 minute walk along the town path, which runs next to the river to the famous Salisbury Cathedral and the town centre where there is a market twice a week. The house is a 20 minute walk to Old Sarum and a 20 minute drive from Stonehenge. The train station is a 15 minute walk where there are regular trains to London(90mins), Bath and Bristol.
