You will be able to take in the beautiful night sky and fall asleep to the tranquil sound of the stream trickling by and our owls twit twooing after a day of walking the coast line and visiting the RSPB at Arne . It has its own small log/coal burner to make it nice and cosy and there is a lovely comfy double bed to relax on. You will also hear the night time noises of our woodland friends -the foxes barking and the deer rutting

The Sands Studio with its view of the sea stands in the garden of an Edwardian seaside home; situated opposite a short 100 yard footpath straight onto the beach. The room is available on a vegetarian self-catering basis. We are very grateful to our guests for respecting that this is part of a no meat no fish home! There are many festivals such as the Blues, Jazz, Folk, Fish, Pirate, Swanage Carnival Week The Life Boat Week is also a really fun week. New Years Eve is legendry!
