Welcome to our delightful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. This charming retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, providing an ideal base for your stay. The Goffert railway station is just a 1.1km walk away. Several bus stops and supermarkets are a short 4-minute walk. To make exploring easy, we provide 5 bicycles for your use. Enjoy a ride to Goffert Park or the vibrant Nijmegen city center! Please kindly keep noise levels low after 22:30h to respect our neighbors.

Studio with two beds and possibly an extra sleeping place on the sofa bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2-burner induction hob, coffeemaker and kettle. Separate bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. Steps away from the Waal and its floodplains, in the middle of the city triangle of Arnhem, Nijmegen and Tiel. At 5 min from the A15. Wij houden van comfort en gunnen jou dat ook. Je hebt de volledige woning voor jezelf. Boven twee 2-pers slaapkamers. Beneden een ruime woonkeuken (met 2 slaapfauteuils) een badkamer met inloopdouche en een toilet. Buiten een heerlijke lounge hoek en een picknicktafel in onze boomgaard. Pluk gerust wat fruit!

'Tiny house' has all the amenities for an independent stay. Common areas: 'garden room with lounge + minibar', beautiful garden and sitting area with fire pit and BBQ.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

In the apartment you will find all kinds of equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has a private entrance and balcony.

We transformed our garage into a cozy, sociable private studio with a private bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. The studio is located in the quiet Brakkenstein district, surrounded by beautiful nature and forests, just a 5-minute walk from the university (Radboud Nijmegen) and close to the center. Nice for couples to explore Nijmegen for a few days! This unique design loft is located in the centre of Nijmegen. Two minutes walk from Central Station in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice bars, coffee bars, stores and restaurants within walking distance. You sleep in a comfortable Auping bed and furniture is top class design. By car? No problem. In front is a free private parking place.

The studio is near our University, the city centre and the train station. Also near forest, and nature around the Waal river. The studio is located in a nice old house, with steep stairs. part of a protected cityscape of Nijmegen. It's very cosy and has a comfortable bed. My studio is best suited for couples and solo-adventurers.
