The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. Located along a peaceful lane 3 minutes walk from West Wittering village with its pub and village shops and a 15 minute walk to the Beach and East Head. A local bus to Chichester runs every 30 minutes. We provide an air fryer, single induction portable hob, microwave oven/grill and a Nespresso machine. Complimentary filter coffee and tea is provided. I am sorry but this accommodation is not suitable for children.

Little feathers… a beachy retreat

Situated on a private beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Whilst being a 2/3 minutes walk to beach I also aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier days.

The space is generous, light and situated in a peaceful cul de sac in Bracklesham within a five minute walk to the beach. It has a king size french style bed, bathroom with rainfall shower and separate bath. A lounge area with a sofa that converts to a comfortable sofa bed and TV. A pretty cabin sitting in our private garden, light & airy but also cosy. There is a double bed, kitchen sink, ensuite shower room, Towels also included is a kettle, Microwave, toaster, mini fridge, iron & board, hair dryer, TV, Dab radio, air conditioning, floor standing fan, electric fire. And use of bikes (at users own risk) There are shops, bars & restaurants up in the village.We also supply milk tea sugar coffee and Croissants, orange juice on arrival.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
